Mechanical Manager is the primary resource and support for the Oil Production,
Gas Production, and Rig Departments. The
Mechanical Manager is the lead project manager for all Somont Operations because
most Somont projects require resources from the Mechanical department.
Mechanical Manager needs
to live within an hour of Ferdig in order to timely respond to unanticipated
situations and emergencies within the company.

resource priorities within Somont.
